“We called Drapery Plus to speak with someone who could come and give us a quote on window coverings for a new house. Jane answered our call and we made an appointment. From the get go we were impressed: first Jane showed up on time, a small thing but it showed us she was serious about obtaining our business. Secondly, although we had a selection in mind and had spoken to a number of other suppliers, Jane really "looked" at our home and its position in relation to the sun, street and lighting and interior design and made a recommendation for a style of window covering that would complement and enhance our home as well as offer more privacy and a superior insulation.
